About Oddette Handcrafted Bags

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Bags will be shipped anywhere within the United States by UPS or USPS with Tracking numbers provided.  Once bags are mailed,  Oddette is no longer responsible for their condition.  Any problems either with or after delivery should be addressed to the individual carrier.
• Bags listed on this site are finished and will be shipped within ten days to two weeks. Dates can be effected, at times, by Holidays, weather and unforeseen closures. If a Bag is needed sooner, just send Oddette a text or voicemail to 225-276-8592 or email at oddettehandcrafted@gmail.com to see if something can be arranged.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONED BAGS

• If you see a Bag that you like but want it in other materials or colors, then lets talk.  Text or voicemail Oddette at 
• 225-276-8592 or email at oddettehandcrafted@gmail.com. Oddette will be glad to explain the process and work up a final cost.
•  All Custom Bags do require a deposit of one half of the final cost. Upon Bag Completion, the balance of the Cost will be due along with applicable Tax and Shipping.  
• Completion time from when the deposit is received is approximately four weeks or less.
• There are no Refunds or Returns on any custom order. In the event that the customer can not or chooses to not complete the purchase of their custom order,  the Bag will be posted for Sale, in order to recover cost.

ONE LAST THING

• As a small business, Oddette offers individually crafted Bags of all kinds.  Time and attention are paid to both the inside and the outside of  each Bag. This includes the caliber of the materials used as well as the stitch quality of each item.  With this in mind, there are No Refunds or Returns.
